Can you repair any model of Shower?
Yes, if parts are available we can fix almost any shower.  Here are some of the brands we can repair: Aqualisa, Bristan, Creda, Crosswater, Deva, Dimplex, Gainsborough, Galaxy, Grohe, Gummers, Hansgrohe, Heatrae Sadia, Meltronic, Meynell, Mira, MX, Neptune, Newteam, Rada, Redring, Showerforce, Sirrus, Stuart Turner, Supajet, Trevi, Triton, Xpelair and many more..


How quickly can you come?

We aim to visit most local jobs within a couple of days, however during quieter periods we can sometimes offer a same day service.

Will your engineer have the parts I require?
If you can provide us with the make and model of your shower and a description of the fault before we make our visit our engineers will always attempt to bring the necessary spares required to fix your shower.

Do you have a call-out charge?
If we cannot fix your shower, eg parts obsolete or we give you a quote and you do not wish to proceed with the repair you will be charged a call-out of £66 to cover the engineers time and transport expenses.

Is your work Guaranteed?
All parts and labour are guaranteed by the Shower Doctor for 1 year.  Some parts may have additional warranty periods which are covered by the manufacturer.

What happens if you cannot fix my shower?
Where possible we will give you an estimate for fitting a replacement shower in its place.

Do you offer evening or weekend calls?
No, unfortunately our engineers are only contracted to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm (Mon-Fri).

Do you offer timed appointments?
Our visits are offered as either AM or PM however we will endeavour to arrive within a 2hr time slot. By the nature of our work it is not always easy to predict how long each job will take so if we are going to arrive outside your booking time we will do our best to give you some advanced notice.

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, all our engineers have full liability insurance cover.

The house is empty, can I make special arrangements for a visit?
Yes, we can arrange to collect keys from you or a neighbour or you can drop them off at our office at a time that suits you.  Alternatively we can give you a call when our engineer is on his way and you can arrange for someone to meet us there.
